Multi Agency Training 2025
We are offering free Multi Agency Training to professionals working in Perth & Kinross, who may work with individuals who are affected by sexual violence
- TRAINING LEARNING OUTCOMES To improve your knowledge and skills in a range of different topics relating to sexual violence, understanding survivors’ lives and to enhance your practice.
- TRAINING STYLE Emphasis on activities, discussion and practical tools
We will be delivering a mixture of online and in person sessions. All in person sessions will take place at 14 New Row, Perth, PH1 5QA.
Please note that places are limited and will be allocated on a first come first served basis.
-8th May- 9.30am-3:30pm Responding to Disclosure in a Trauma Informed Way (In Person Training)
-13th May- 9:30am-1:00pm Gender Based Violence (Online Training)
-27th May 9:30am -1:00pm Gender and Sexualisation (Online Training)
-29th May 9:30am-3:30pm Child Sexual Abuse/ Exploitation (In Person Training)
-5th June 9:30am-3:30pm Responding to Disclosure in a Trauma Informed Way (In Person Training)

Justice Advocacy Worker
Salary: 17.5 hours per week, £33655.25 (pro -rata)
Funded initially until March 2026 but further funding will be sought.
Location: Perth (on-site)
The Rape & Sexual Abuse Centre Perth & Kinross are looking for a Justice Advocacy Worker to join our Support Services team. Part of the Rape Crisis National Advocacy Project, this role will provide specialist support and advocacy for survivors age 16+ who are considering reporting to police, or who are already engaged in the criminal justice system following a sexual crime. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills and will work with a range of stakeholders. Experience of providing support and/or advocacy to individuals affected by trauma is essential, alongside a commitment to working within a gendered analysis of Violence Against Women.
We require female applicants only and are exempt under Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010. Successful applicants subject to PVG.

When: 4th June - anytime in between 2pm -4pm (short presentation 2:15-2:45)
Where: At our Centre - 16 King Street, Perth, PH2 8JA
Each of our rooms are turned into a little visit, find out about our different services, chat to our staff about what they do, how we support survivors, and our work with young people and professionals.
Tea, coffee and snacks are provided and you can pick up leaflets, booklets, information and referral forms.
