We had some amazing contributions from survivors for the 16 Days of Action to End Violence Against Women and Girls 2020. This beautiful, powerful video and poem was created by Sur5vor. We would like to thank her for sharing this with us. This video looks at challenging themes of fear, anger, loss as well as hope and surviving, please be aware that some survivors may find this difficult to listen to.

We want you to have support your way...💜 We provide support to women and young people who have experienced sexual abuse/violence at any point in their lives. We support survivor in the way that makes them feel safe, comfortable and according to their needs. So we provide appointments during the day and in the evenings, in our Perth centre, in locations throughout Perth & Kinross, on the phone, online/video, at community drop ins, and when you are in crisis. So if you think you might want support but don't know how you would manage, give us a call or email and we will see what we can do to make it possible.
