RASAC P&K Fundraising Live Music Evening

Join us on Saturday the 4th March in celebrating International Women's' Day by coming to our live music charity fundraiser, raising vital funds for the Rape and Sexual Abuse Centre Perth & Kinross.


Along with a fantastic evening of live music, there will also be a raffle giving people the opportunity to win a variety of prizes including an overnight hotel stay, a GoApe voucher and more. All prizes have been donated by the generosity of local businesses in support of RASAC P&K.

Come Volunteer with us!

Come Volunteer with us! We could not do what we do without you.


All rape crisis centers in Scotland started as volunteer organisations, and at RASAC P&K we still have volunteers supporting our work. We are incredibly grateful for all our volunteers, many of whom have eventually gained employment with us.

We provide free training and induction worth over £1000 and provide support in all our volunteering opportunities.

Equally Safe at School (a Whole School Approach)

RASAC P&K has a dedicated worker who focuses on supporting schools in P&K to access the ESAS approach and deliver any training or support required for teaching staff and senior management.

ESAS integrates easily with programmes such as Improving Gender Balance and Equalities, Mentors in Violence Prevention, the national resource for relationships, sexual health and parenthood (RSHP) education and the Rape Crisis National Sexual Violence Prevention Programme. Its holistic framework complements and enables schools to build on existing progress.

RASAC P&K Prevention team have been providing Sexual Violence Prevention Workshops in most P&K Secondary Schools for over 9 years and these workshops are a key part of developing a Whole School approach.

But why would we blame ourselves for the actions of others — and how can we challenge this? Healing takes time, self compassion, and self love — and you deserve all three.For the second year running we are holding this exhibition as provides a tangible response to one of our culture’s most pervasive rape myths. “What were you wearing?” This terrible myth insinuates that people’s, but especially women’s, clothing is some how responsible for sexual violence. This exhibition aims to show how absurd this concept is and how in reality the only person at fault is the perpetrator. 📢The What Were You Wearing (WWYW) exhibition was created & first displayed at the University of Arkansas in 2014. 📢In 2017, WWYW went viral after displayed at the University of Kansas & was covered the media. WWYW has been recreated on six continents thousands times since 2017. Now in Perth and Kinross for the second year. 📢Outfits featured in this exhibition have been recreated from the stories of survivors. *content warning* Some people, especially survivors may find this exhibition difficult or distressing.
