Welcome

As we care about the well-being of our staff, volunteers, and the women and young people who use our services, in accordance with current government guidelines we are now providing some face to face support in the Centre. Additionally we continue to also offer support by ZOOM, phone, text or email.

As from August 2021 we also have some in person groups, our walking group and gardening groups, please note that due to social distancing places may be limited. We still offer many more groups online through ZOOM.

Please see our contact page for more information on how to get in touch.
