17.5 hours per week, £30843 (Pro-Rata, currently funded until March 2024)


Location: Perth. Due to COVID restrictions, the post will initially involve a mixture of
home and office working.

The Rape and Sexual Abuse Centre, Perth & Kinross (RASAC P&K) provide support,
information and advocacy services to anyone who identifies as a woman, and young
people age 12-18, who have experienced rape or sexual abuse at any time in their lives.
The Centre also offers support and information to partners, families and friends of
survivors.


We are recruiting a Team Leader to coordinate, deliver and promote RASAC P&K support
services. The post holder will provide therapeutic support, information and advocacy
services to survivors of sexual violence and a minimum of 2 years’ experience supporting
women and/or young people affected by trauma is essential, alongside experience of
service development and promotion.


We are looking for someone who is adaptable, creative, has strong inter-personal skills
and brings with them experience in a supervisory / management role to support our staff
team and volunteers.


Funding for this position is indicative to March 2024. RASAC P&K will endeavour to
secure ongoing funding beyond this date. Only women need apply under Schedule 9,
Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010. Successful applicants will be subject to relevant PVG
checks.
